Outdoor Shows @ SouthSide Works
The SouthSide Works is located at 27th Street &  East Carson Street. This unique lifestyle project includes approximately 330,000 square feet of specialty retail, restaurants, a hotel, residential urban living units, and up to 700,000 square feet of office space. Key features of the SouthSide Works include a multi-screen cinema as well as a "town square" for outdoor events.
Throughout the summer, the SouthSide Works has scheduled a number of free, outdoor concerts. Below are the performances occurring at the same time as the festival.

This local singer/songwriter/producer offers a multi-faceted aural digest of styles ranging from jazz to folk, to radio friendly pop. Her tasteful arrangements highlight her vocal range of expression from crystal clear sweetness to burnished sensuality.

J.G. Boccella is a songwriter, performer and civil rights advocate.  He plays piano, guitar and percussion, and sings.

Boilermakers
Friday, August 17 | 6:00 p.m.
The Boilermaker Jazz Band is an ecstatically fun band performing authentic hot jazz and swing. The group has a wide repertoire that can make an audience swing to a classic jazz standard, get sentimental over an old-time ballad, boogie to a hot jump tune, or get low-down with a gritty blues.

No Bad Ju Ju
Saturday, August 18 | 7:00 p.m.
No Bad JuJu is a dynamite 8-piece powerhouse featuring three lead vocalists/ instrumentalists backed by a driving rhythm and horn section. With an eclectic mix of music encompassing R&B, soul, & funk, they captivate a listening audience while still kicking out high-energy dance music.

The Good Guys are two talented musicians named Jim Hedge and Joe Morrone who perform classic rock music.

Boss Diablo is a four-piece musical concoction that draws on elements of 60s roots rock, big city blues, garage rock mayhem and badass country strut to forge their unmistakable sound.

Claire Ascani
